Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the entity operating the lk111 platform ("lk111", "we", "us") and any person who uses our website and services ("user", "you"). By registering at lk111 or by continuing to use our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to lk111's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the actual funds or bonus amount held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive, cashback, or reward provided by lk111.
• "Gaming Activity" refers to any sports betting, casino games, slots, or other games available on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the betting amount required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To create an account at lk111 and use our services, you must be 21 years of age or older. You are required to confirm this age at the time of registration, and lk111 reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any of your details change, please update your account as soon as possible. lk111 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lk111 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). New methods may be added or changed in the future.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours, although this may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

3.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come entirely from a legitimate source and are not connected to any unlawful activity. If money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected, lk111 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, lk111 may request identity verification documents such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. This is done for security purposes, and users are required to cooperate with this process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

lk111 offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳20,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, a specific wagering requirement must be met. lk111's wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within a specified time limit.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may only count towards certain games.
• lk111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A bonus cannot be used in combination with another bonus at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• If misuse of a bonus is suspected, lk111 may cancel the associated benefit.

4.4 VIP Program

lk111's VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week

9.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed. If an active bonus is present, it will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.

lk111 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, lk111's liability for losses caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances will be limited. In particular:

lk111 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Upon first accessing the platform after a change, you will be given the opportunity to review the updated Terms. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance. Therefore, please keep the contact information associated with your account up to date at all times.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. Failure by lk111 to exercise any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
